We were commissioned to breathe new life into 30,000 sq ft of tired 1980’s office building complete with external public realm landscaping. Careful structural surgery was carried out to the existing concrete frame to remodel the entrance/reception area and upper floorplate to link two floors via a feature spiral accommodation staircase. Top floor ceilings have been opened up to create dramatic roof volumes and both cores have been refurbished to provide upgraded lobbies and WC areas.
