Studio 47 was originally 2 separate units in different use classes.  Our client’s brief was to create a carefully re-modelled CAT A refurbishment, combining both existing spaces within the Grade II Listed Building.  The sympathetic design seeks to preserve and enhance all the existing retained Listed Building features combined with contemporary elements.

The completed works act as a blank canvas for a further imaginative tenant fit out.
